A brief brief: To create an email to celebrate a users 1 year anniversary of using the MyMcDonald’s App and encourage repeat orders.
Using playful storytelling to create a highly personalised, interactive, animated email – highlighting how customers have interacted on the MyMcDonalds app over the course of the year. Each module had up to 7 different designs/messages which were dynamically pulled through to match the users ordering habits. Looped animations for each module were created to further increase interactivity with the user.
The emails generated a massive 14% increase in order frequency.
